Enthusiasm	Outstanding Facial expressions and body language generate a strong interest and enthusiasm about the topic in others.	Good Facial expressions and body language are used to try to generate enthusiasm, but seem somewhat faked.	Fair Very little use of facial expressions or body language. Did not generate much interest in topic being presented.	Poor Student made no effor to show enthusiasm.
Voice, Delivery, Audio	Outstanding Speaks clearly and distinctly all (100-95%) the time, and mispronounces no words.	Good Speaks clearly and distinctly most ( 94-85%) of the time. Mispronounces no more than one word.	Fair Often mumbles or can not be understood OR mispronounces more than one word.	Poor Mostly mumbling, could not be heard by audience members.
Preparation	Outstanding Student is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed.	Good Student seems pretty prepared but might have needed a couple more rehearsals.	Fair The student is somewhat prepared, but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking.	Poor Student does not seem at all prepared to present.
Knowledge	Outstanding Student is knowledgeable about information being presented and is able to teach others.	Good Student is mostly familiar with the information being presented but has a little trouble presenting to others.	Fair Student has some misunderstanding of the information being presented.	Poor Student is not familiar with the information being presented.
Visual Appeal	Outstanding The visuals enhance the presentation.	Good The visuals somewhat enhance the presentation.	Fair The visuals do not seem to enhance the presentation.	Poor There are no visuals used.
Pacing/Time	Outstanding Holistically well-paced. Presentation is between 5-10 minutes.	Good Mostly well-paced. Presentation is between 5-10 minutes.	Fair Unevenly paced; presentation is under 5 minutes.	Poor Pacing is all over the place! Presentation is under 5 minutes.
