Story is written in 2nd person. 30-40	Apprentice Writer Story is not completed, or strands of the story have been left out. Story is not written in 2nd person. 30-0
Mechanics/ Presentation	Future Writer Story has little to no errors. It is presented well, and includes pictures, a title, and an author. 20-25	On the Right Track Stories has a few errors, but it does not take away from the general sense of the story. 15-20	Apprentice Writer Story has obvious errors, no pictures, missing title/ author, and distracts from the reading. 15-0
