It's evident that more time, thought, or effort was needed in the creation of the project. Creativity	Excellent Student's design went above and beyond the original project's requirements. Student added details to enhance the project.	Good Student followed directions and created a creative floor plan, real estate article, or drawing of building.	Fair Student created either a floor plan, real estate article, or drawing of building, but the project is not as creative as it could be. Student did not work to his/her potential.
