BUS 465 HR Management - Benefit Plan Design 
The student will develop a benefit plan for thier ficticious organization. The student will create a 1-3 paragraph description of the company and the culture. The student will between 4-8 specific benefits received as part of the compensation package. Four should be standard benefits from a best practices company, and 4 should be "out of the box" benefits from the ideal company the student has created. Each benefit will be evlauted on feasible application and legality/disctiminatory perspective.
