Follow Procedures	Poor Did not follow the given procedures.	Fair Followed most of the procedures.	Good Followed all the procedures.
Work Cooperatively	Poor Did not work as a group, mostly did my own thing.	Fair Worked pretty well together as a group, made some concessions to make sure the group got along.	Good Group worked together well. No one felt left out or was made to do all the work.
Work Productively	Poor Didn't get much done. Wasted a lot of time, had some great off topic discussions:)	Fair Got most of the stuff done. Had a couple of off topic conversations.	Good Got through the lab, got all questions done, drew great pictures, stayed on topic.
Lab Safety	Poor I just did what I wanted, did not follow lab safety rules.	Fair	Good I know better than to violate any lab safety rules.
Clean Up	Poor I made a mess and left it that way.	Fair I cleaned up the stuff that was easy to clean up and left the rest to the other group members or instructor to clean.	Good My lab station looked better than when I started. Cleaned stuff and stowed properly.
