Partially Meets

A graphic organizer was partially used and a description of mitosis/meiosis phases reflected development and movement toward mastery of performance.
Meets Expectations

A graphic organizer was used but was not well organized and a description of mitosis/meiosis phases reflected mastery of performance.
Exceeds

A graphic organizer was used and a description of mitosis/meiosis phases reflecting the highest level of performance.
Clarity/Content

Easy to understand!

Does Not Meet

Contains mostly incorrect information, does not research info not covered in class.<BR>
Students would not understand subject, even with in-class knowledge.

Stages of Meiosis

Descriptions of stages and cell parts. Interphase, Meiosis 1 (P,M,A,T), Meiosis 2 (P,M,A,T) and cytokinesis (1 & 2) are included. Cells have clearly labeled homologous chromosomes, sister chromatids, centromeres, spindle fibers, nucleus. Number of chromosomes clearly stated at each stage.
* Please start with a diploid cell with 6 chromosomes (3 homologous pairs)

Does Not Meet

Information is not clearly worded, poor descriptions. Very few stages/parts are described.
Partially Meets

Some descriptions are clear, others are not. Some stages/parts are described.
Meets Expectations

Clear wording, good descriptions. Most stages/parts are described.
