It is clear that there is potential and talent to be shared. Performer is serious about their act.	Fair Performer has moments of confidence. Parts of the performance are tentative. Practice will boost confidence.	Poor Performer does not have a serious enough attitude about his/her performance to give a confident performance.
Enthusiasm/ Stage Presence	Excellent Performance is energized and exciting! This performance shows great potential and is professional.	Good Performance is energized and exciting.
