Body Paragraphs	Poor TS is unclear and unsupported. Discussion shows little understanding of the text.	Fair TS is somewhat clear and somewhat supported with concrete details and commentary.	Very Good TS is clear and supported with concrete details and commentary.	Excellent TS is very clear and well developed. CDs and CMs are well developed with clear understanding of text.
Conclusion	Poor Does not restate thesis and main points. Conclusion missing.	Fair Conclusion restates main topic of the essay but not the main points.
