Emerging The purpose of the project is alluded to, but never clearly stated. The reader must surmise the purpose, but is able to identify allusions.	Unacceptable There is no purpose identifiable. The reader finds no words or phrases that identify a purpose.
PROBLEM ADDRESSED SECTION 10 pts 40 points	Target Description of the problem is clear and concise. Evidence is used to verify findings. Key questions are addressed.	Acceptable Description of the problem is sometimes hard to follow. Some evidence. Most key questions addressed.	Emerging Description of the problem is sometimes hard to follow. Lacks evidence. Some key questions addressed.	Unacceptable Description of problem is incomplete and/or difficult to follow. Lacks evidence. Key questions not addressed.

Acceptable Vocabulary is appropriate; some phrases need work. Grammar is mostly error free, with not more than three errors.	Emerging Vocabulary is weak rather than precise. There are numerous grammar errors.	Unacceptable Vocabulary is inadequate to the topic and incorrect. There are many grammar errors.
