Students' paragraphs were well structured -- each paragraph had a beginning, middle and end, and all paragraphs had a good flow of thought.	Fair Students used the proper conventions of letter formatting. Their writing had at least three paragraphs that included an introduction, body, and conclusion.	Poor Student does not show understanding of the proper conventions. There are fewer than three paragraphs.
Content 9 pts	Good Students included all the information required to create the letter to Joe Bloggs. Information was specific and detailed.	Fair Students included only some information required to create the letter.	Poor Students included very limited information required and most of the information is unrelated.
