AEROBIC BODY IMPROVEMENT(LONG DISTANCE RUNNING) 
Grade 9 Students will present theoretical and practical research and knowledge of all relevant body segments involved to a certain discipline and after they will apply that knowledge to the practical part of the project in order to improve their performances in a period of 28 days. Students have to present their work in the shape of a presentation, collect relevant data from the practical part of the project, make analysis of them and form a feedback.

Group presentation of the project.

Group has to present their project with all the research and data they collected the same as their results at the end of the project and all the factors which impacted the result. Group has to show data after every week and the final database.
