Labs/Diagnostic Tests 3 pts	Unacceptable Faculty may assign "0" points when work in the category is far below what is expected from an undergraduate-level student in this program	Developing The majority of the appropriate tests are missing a clear connection between PMH and current problem	Accomplished The majority of the appropriate tests show a clear connection between PMH and current problem	Exceptional All appropriate labs and diagnostic tests are recorded, with connections to PMH and current problem along with anticipation of trends suggesting improvement

Reflection 3 pts
	Unacceptable the student does not show any evidence of insight or reflection 0 pts	Developing the student states in a factual way what he/she has learned but there is no evidence of insight or impact on future behavior 1 pts	Accomplished The student demonstrates insightful thinking about learning refers back to examples and articulates how the learning has impacted him/her 2 pts	Exceptional The student posted a reflection that references specific examples from the case study to examples within their life and how it will impact future behavior 3 pts
