Endangered, threatened and extinct species 
Students will determine the differences between endangered, threatened and extinct species and what classifies as each. Students will write a 1/2 page paper on a species of their choice describing what the animal is, where it is located, and why they are on the endangered species list for one of these categories as well as defining all three terms and giving an example of each.
