Fair Data is accurate, but there are several required elements missing.	Good Data is accurate, has almost all required elements.	Excellent Data is accurate, has a all the required elements and is understandable. Above and beyond on information included. Page is neat and interesting.
Attractiveness	Poor The booklet is distractedly messy or very poorly designed and is not attractive.	Fair The booklet is acceptably attractive though it may be a bit messy.
