Creativity/Original Design	Progressing They do not have a creative design. The design concept is basic and does not include required elements ( door, windows, roof, texture). The project was not finished.	Nearly Proficient Their idea is neither one of a kind or demonstrated effectively. The design includes some of the required elements.	Proficient Their idea is not one of a kind but is demonstrated effectively. The student has included most of the required elements in creative manner.	Advanced The shape of their house is creative and unique. It is demonstrated exceptionally. all required elements have been used effectively.
Thickness	Progressing The project was not finished. They did not follow the criteria.	Nearly Proficient Walls are not uniformed. The structure of the walls is not maintained.	Proficient Their walls are uniformed most of the time.	Advanced Their walls are uniformed in thickness.
Construction	Progressing The project has more than one cracked seam. The seams are uneven and not joined together. One or more of the parts of the house did not hold together.	Nearly Proficient The project has one cracked seam. Some of the seams required more attention. One piece of the house did not hold together.
