Time Management	Poor Time management plan escaped student. Unable to complete any assigned taks.	Fair Student did not complete all assignments or tasks assigned.	Good Student did follow time management plan and just completed thier taks.	Excellant Effectively follows written time management plan. Ability to complete all tasks and hels others.
Skills / practice	Poor Student is lost, does not remember or have notes to fall back on.	Fair Student needed a prompt to stay on task and remember techiniques necessary for task.	Good Student is able to use most of the techniques necessary to complete the task successfully, may refer to notes from time to time.	Excellant Effectively shows understaning of all skills necessary for assignments.Student pays attention to all details and helps others with tasks.
Cooperation	Poor Student only worked with prodding. Did not participate in all tasks, and did not demonstrate a willingness to work.	Fair Student worked but complained, refused non-preferred tasks, or quit before all tasks were complete.	Good Student worked on assignments, rarely disruptive, finished tasks. Student not always proactive and at times is reminded of his/her work.	Excellant Student demonstrated a willingness to complete all tasks including clean up tasks. Worked steadily through the lab and participated in all kitchen tasks.
Clean - Up	Poor Did not help with clean up, asked others to clean up thier items.	Fair Student is slow to help with clean up, student wonders away or talks to others. Constant refocusing on the task at hand	Good Student completes his/her own taks needs a promt or two to help with the rest of clean up.	Excellant Student is proactive, finishes one task and immediately sees another to take on. Always keeping busy until all clean up is complete
