Offers a thorough but concise description of experiences throughout semester or year and cites specific examples to illustrate in each area. Discusses each element in depth and provides clear self evaluation.

Discusses relevant experiences from semester, though may not deal with all assignments. Cites some examples but may have uneven coverage of elements.

Discusses only one or two assignments or spends most of time discussing 101. May not cite examples and/or have adequate coverage in all sections.
