Model Measurements	Poor More than one of the measurements of the model room is not accurate to the nearest quarter inch.	Fair All but one of the measurements of the model room are accurate to the nearest quarter inch.	Good All measurements of the model room are accurate to the nearest quarter inch.
Wall & Floor Area	Poor Multiple errors with calculations or rounding.	Fair Calculations are mostly correct with at most one rounding error	Good All calculations of area are correct and rounded as needed to the appropriate unit.
Furniture	Poor Fewer than 3 pieces of furniture are included or built accurately to scale.	Fair Only 3 pieces of furniture are included or built accurately to scale.	Good Model room includes at least 4 pieces of furniture all accurately built to scale of a half inch to a foot.
Floor Covering Costs	Poor Calculations of cost are hard to follow. Individual reviewing calculations would need assistance to understand how the final cost is figured.
