Grade 5 Social Studies PBA's
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Outstanding 4 pts
Facts/Content	Poor Student displays no facts, or mostly incorrect facts and/or student doesn't include any page numbers for their information.	Fair Student displays some facts and only some are correct and/or student only uses page numbers for some information.	Good Student displays a variety of mostly correct facts and/or student only uses page numbers for most information.	Outstanding Student displays a variety of correct facts. Including all page numbers.
Completion	Poor One pager is not complete and missing 4 or more elements.	Fair One pager is missing 2-3 key elements.	Good One pager is mostly complete but has one essential element missing.	Outstanding One pagert is entirely complete with all elements of the project included.
Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuation	Poor One pager has little or no punctuation and/or correct spelling. Topic or material unclear due to excessive errors.	Fair One pager has 4-6 punctuation. grammar, and/or punctuation mistakes.	Good One pager only has 1-3 grammar, punctuation, or spelling errors.	Outstanding One pager has no errors in spelling or punctuation. Writing style adds to the understanding of the topic and/or material.
One Pager setup	Poor Did not follow directions for set up. The one pager is unorganized, messy, and not creative.	Fair Followed some directions given for set up. One pager needs some organizational improvement, could be much neater, and more creative.	Good Followed most directions for set up. One pager is mostly organized, neat, and has creativity.	Outstanding Followed all directions for set up. One pager is very well organized, neat, and extremely creative.
Creativity/Use of Color	Poor The one pager has 5 or more visible white spaces.	Fair The one pager has 3-4 visible white spaces.	Good The one pager has 1-2 visible white spaces.	Outstanding The one pager has no visible white spaces.
