Comprehensive and complete coverage of information.
Group members had a stronghold on the content and content was thoroughly addressed. No mistakes were made with regard to content knowledge.

Most important information covered; little irrelevant info.
Most of the group members has a solid understanding of the content. Content missing minor elements or contained minor errors.
Fair

Much of the information irrelevant; coverage of some of major points.
Group members had only a superficial understanding of content. Several mistakes were made during the presentation.
Poor

Majority of information irrelevant and significant points left out.. Group members had little to no understanding of the content addressed in the presentation.
Organization

Excellent

Presentation was very organized and was very easy to follow. Transitions between group members were well planned and executed cleanly.
Good

Presentation was fairly organized and pretty followable. Transitions might have been slightly discontinuous but did not take away greatly from the overall presentation.

Presentation was not clearly organized. Transitions between members were jumpy or awkward.

Visual aids used were somewhat effective, but weren't used consistently throughout presentation. Occasional reading from notes seen.

The audience was distracted.
Speakers could be heard by only half of the audience.
Body language was distracting.

Group communicated relatively well with a few lapses in the presentation; some students dominated the presentation and others did not participate much.

Based on students’ journal reflections or feedback evaluation forms, group member participated in the project and shared the workload. Contributed to the development of the presentation. Worked towards achieving the project goals and meeting the deadline.
Poor

Based on students’ journal reflections or feedback evaluation forms, group member participated fully in the project and shared the workload fairly. Contributed to the development of the presentation and assisted in editing others’ work to produce a polished presentation. Coordinated group’s efforts and/or demonstrated leadership to facilitate and achieve the project goals and meet deadline.
