Blood Pressure - be within 4	Novice 1. Needs several tries to adjust BP cuff 2. Needs several attempts to get cuff inflated 3. Left the cuff inflated to long causing some pain to the pt.	Developing 1. Did some fumbling with the cuff, but got it on correctly 2. Got the cuff inflated correctly after 2nd attempt.	Proficient 1. Correct cuff size 2. Palpate pulse point 3. Apply cuff correctly (evenly and snuggly) 4. Cuff was inflated/deflated correctly 5. Let the air out slowly but not painfuly slow.	Comment
