Some quotes have been transcribed, but overall the interviewer doesn't have many direct quotes or the information is not clear or relevant. The interviewer has some information to write his or her article, but not enough for a full page.
1: Below

No quotes have been transcribed or the information is irrelevant or not present at all. There is not enough information to complete the assignment.

The interviewer asks at least 3-4 thoughtful and concise open-ended questions. The interviewer uses at least 2 follow-up questions during the interview. There is little sequence to the questions.

Less than 3 questions are asked or the questions are not thoughtful or relevant to the interview OR the interview is not conducted.
