Oral Presentation

Students will then prepare an oral presentation in which they will talk about the end of the course school trip. Students need to prepare a note card with any important facts about the school trip.The students will be graded individually on eight criteria: eye contact, vocal projection, knowledge of the topic, visual aids and the note cards, also grammar, pronunciation and discipline in the classroom.

Oral Presentation
	Fair 1 pts	Good 3 pts
Eye Contact	Fair Student displays some eye contact, but reads a lot from note cards.	Good Student displays continuous eye contact and only uses note cards as a reference.
Vocal Projection	Fair Student can be heard for most of the presentation, but the volume fluctuates.	Good Student's voice can be heard the entire presentation and is continuous throughout.
Knowledge of topic	Fair Student displays average knowledge of the topic being presented.	Good Student displays great knowledge of the topic being presented.
Structure of presentation (VA)	Fair Put most of the required information on the visual aid. It may not be as creative, colorful, or neat as I could have made it.	Good Visual aid exceeded expectations. It is neat, colorful, and has extra details.
Note cards	Fair Note cards lack information.	Good Note cards have all elements requested.
Grammar	Fair Uses correct verbs sometimes and subject/verb agreement are used in the majority of the speech. An occassional gender/number error is made.	Good Correct verbs and subject/verb agreement are used in every occassion.
Pronunciation	Fair Many words are pronounced correctly. Those that aren't rarely take away from the quality of the oral presentation.	Good Most words are pronounced correctly. Those that aren't don't take away from the quality of the oral presentation.
Discipline in the classroom	Fair Shows some interest in other students participation but still makes some noise and avoid concentration from his/her fellow classmates.	Good Demostrates, through consistent appropriate behavior, their understanding of the need to follow and listen his/her fellow classmates.
