Speaking	Beginner Rarely speaks or points to pictures and words in a sotry.	Approaching Sometimes speaks or points to pictures and words in a story.	Meeting Usually speaks, does not need prompting from teacher but is responsive to prompting.	Exceeding Frequently speaks or uses visual cues for presented information.<BR> Does not need prompts from teacher to offer comment, show enthusiasm or ask / answer questions.
