Home Economics - Lab 2: Breakfast Skillet 
The purpose of this lab is to create a delicious/easy breakfast dish similar to breakfast-style restaurants such as Denny's, Cora's, Smitty's, Humpty's etc. This year we did not include vegetables but for health reasons it is recommended you include items such as green pepper and tomato.
