Materials Has materials ready for study time.	Fabulous! Completely prepared with work to complete during study time. Brought index cards.	Getting There Has most of the work complete, but not all. Had to get cards from my teacher.	Uh Oh :( Did not arrive prepared to study or work. Forgets basic necessities like a writing utensil or paper. Claims to not have work to complete or materials to study.
Student Binder/Folder/NB Binder has materials received from this week	Fabulous! Work in binder/folder/NB is complete, student has several notes, and student does not need to borrow from partner	Getting There Student binder/folder/NB is partially complete and work is missing.	Uh Oh :( Did not come to class with binder/planner/NB or it is lacking most materials.
