Historical Recount Write a recount imagining you are living in the Iron Age/Celt
	Poor 0 pts	Fair 10 pts	Good 20 pts
Orientation 20 pts Provides information about 'who', 'where' and 'when'.	Poor Writing has little information on the Celts.	Fair Writing includes basic information on the Celts e.g. provides description of jobs, clothes, tools, home etc.	Good Writing includes interesting and detailed information on the Celts lifestyle.
Record of events/ Personal comment 20 pts Gives a record of events in a chronological order.<BR> Provides personal comments throughout the record of events.	Poor I have listed events but not in chronological order.	Fair I have sequenced some events in chronological order but not everything.	Good Record of main events and personal comments are given in a chronological order.
Connectives 20 pts Recount contains time connectives. Sentences are starting to use more advanced connectives.	Poor No use of time connectives (next, later, when, then, after, before, first).
