Concepts	Poor There is little to no mention of important concepts. Concepts that are included are poorly defined and ambiguous.	Fair There is a fair amount of concepts. Most of them are defined, but are conceptually ambiguous.	Good Concepts are clearly stated. They are well-defined.
Thoroughness	Poor The outline looks thrown together at the last minute.	Fair Generally thorough, however a few areas are missing. SEction headings present without substance within.	Good Highly thorough, each section is completed. Highly detailed outline that ties organization and concepts.
