Nutrition Awareness Brochure
Students will choose a topic related to nutrition and complete an educational brochure for a selected population. For example, a brochure highlighting proper nutrition for expectant mothers or protein needs of a vegetarian athlete would be appropriate. Topic must be approved by instructor before beginning. Please see the attached rubric or the instructor for additional help.
