Justification Extent to which student shows understanding of mathematical concepts appropriate to the given problem.	Poor No work shown on majority of problems.	Fair Only minor work present (20-70%) on 50% of problems assigned.	Average At least 70% shown on 50% of problems assigned.	Good Most required work shown on 80% of problems assigned.
