Game Requirements	Exceed Game has all Proficient level requirements and at least one of the following: 1. a scoring system 2. a monetary system 3. some form of differentiation	Proficient Game has all requirements: 1. rules 2. game board, game pieces (markers) and dice or spinner 3. mathematical question cards 4. challenge question cards 5. detailed answer key playing pieces dice/spinner detailed answer key	Needs Improvement Game is missing 1 or 2 major requirements.	Warning Game is missing 3 or more requirements.
Rules	Exceed Rules were typed or neatly hand written with no errors and easy to follow.	Proficient Rules were typed or neatly hand written with one or two errors (spelling, grammar, punctuation, English language usage) and easy to follow.	Needs Improvement Rules were written or typed but some people had difficulty figuring out the game and/or contains many spelling, grammar, punctuation or English language usage errors.	Warning Rules were not neat and were hard to understand. Or no rules were given. Or many spelling, grammar, punctuation or English language usage errors.
Creativity	Exceed The group put extensive thought into making the game interesting and fun to play as shown by creative questions, game pieces and/or gameboard. Design of Game	Exceed Is colorful and attractive to the eye. Game has a design with an explanation of its properties. The game looks like it would be fun to play. Needs Improvement The layout of the game is straightforward but is not very visually appealing. Lacks color and graphics.	Warning The layout is confusing. Little or no use of graphics or color.
Math Content	Exceed At least 30 thought-provoking questions and answers are correct without any help from the teacher.	Proficient At least 25 thought-provoking questions and answers are correct without any help from the teacher.	Needs Improvement At least 20 thought-provoking questions and answers are correct without any help from the teacher.	Warning Three or more math topics were missing; problems and solutions were created and completed with help from the teacher. Possibly many math mistakes.
