Evidence of Comparison Student evidence of compariseon of 1 item from 3 different advertised retailers.	Developing Student work is developing. Student has partial retailers to compare. Student did not meet minimu criteria in research.	Competent Student accomplished research and comparisons. Student has the correct number of ads and can calculate and compare appropriately.	Exemplary Student work is advanced. Student shows evidence of appropriate research, organized comparisons, labeled work correctly, chooses the best bargain most effectively.
Flyer Student creates flyer that clearly states which store is the best bargain and indicates why	Developing No attempt by student. Student does not create flyer or attempt to justify choice of store.	Competent Student work is credible. Student has created flyer in which argument is clear and comparisons are precise. Student indicates why he/she chose that store. Examples of calculations are given.	Exemplary Student exceeds expectations.
