Exercise Demonstration and Research
There are many different types and methods of exercise. It is important for adults to participate in 30-90 minutes of activity per day. As individuals you will research the benefits of lunges. You will then create a video on Seesaw explaining the research you found, and demonstrating one of the three lunges I have posted.
