True / False questions	Excellent Student answered all (100%) questions correctly. Student fully demonstrates comprehension of main idea from the reading justifying the answers quoting from the text.	Good Student answered 75% of questions correctly. Student comprehends main idea of the reading, justifying the answers quoting from the text.	Fair Student answered at least half of the questions correctly, justifying the answers quoting from the text.	Poor Student answered at least one of the questions correctly, justifying the answer quoting from the text.	Very poor Student did not complete assignment and/or did not justify answers quoting from the text.
Content Comprehension	Excellent Student answered all questions in complete sentences using his/her own words.	Good Student answered at least 75% of the questions in complete sentences using his/her own words.	Fair Student answered at least half of the comprehesnion questions in complete sentences using his/her own words. Student answered the comprehension questions but with some spelling or grammar mistakes.	Poor Student answered at least one of the questions correctly, using his/her own words. Student answered the comprehension questions but with numerous spelling or grammar mistakes, making the answer difficult to understand.	Very poor Student answered the questions, but did not use his/her own words. Student did not answer any of the questions in complete sentences.
