Clip art is not relevant to topic.	Good Cover page includes clip art, title, name, but does not make good use of space or clip art is not relevant.	Excellent Cover page is attractive, makes good use of space, includes title and names and interesting and relevant clipart.
Second Page	Poor Historical data is inaccurate, and/or data is incomplete or inaccurate and/or includes less that 3 hurricanes.	Fair Historical data is accurate, but there are less than 4 hurricanes with incomplete or inaccurate data and/or page is not neat.	Good Historical data is accurate, has a minimum of four hurricanes, but information may be incomplete, unclear, and/or page may not be neat.	Excellent Historical data is accurate, has a minimum of four hurricanes, and is understandable. Dates, category, air pressure, landfall, and more detail are included. Page is neat and interesting.
Third Page	Poor An attempt at a map and re-creation was made, but did not produce anything understandable	Fair Map and re-creation are present, but may be lacking labels, coordinates, or other errors that make it unclear.	Good A map with labels, latitude, longitutde, and a re-creation of a hurricanes paths. There may be errors with the map, the re-creation or coordinates.
