Organization	Excellent Presentation was very organized and was very easy to follow. Transitions between group members were well planned and executed cleanly. 10-9 pts	Good Presentation was fairly organized and pretty followable. Transitions might have been slightly discontinuous but did not take away greatly from the overall presentation. 7-8 pts	Fair Presentation was not clearly organized. Transitions between members were jumpy or awkward. 6-5 pts	Poor Presentation lacked organization. Poor transitions between group members individual parts. Presentation lacked order and very difficult to follow. 4-0 pts
Prioritization of care	Excellent Consistently demonstrates organization & prioritization in initiating and completing patient cares at an above average competence, requiring minimal or no instructor intervention. 10-9 pts	Good Demonstrates organization & prioritization in initiating and completing patient cares at an average level of competence, requiring a moderate amount of instructor intervention. 7-8 pts	Fair Inconsistently demonstrates organization & prioritization in initiating and completing patient cares at a below average level of competence, requiring a maximum amount of instructor intervention. 6-5 pts	Poor Consistently demonstrates knowledge or behavior which reflects dangerous levels of incompetence. Tasks are not completed and performance is unsafe. 4-0 pts
Individual Health Need	Excellent Demonstrates extensive understanding of individual health needs. 10-9 pts	Good Demonstrates adequate understanding of individual health needs 7-8 pts	Fair Demonstrates basic understanding of individual health needs. 6-5 pts	Poor Demonstrates limited understanding of individual health needs. 4-0 pts
Assessment Skills	Excellent Thorough and prioritized assessment skills. Head to toe assessment. Student acknowledges which assessments are essential due to specific disease processes. 0-1 errors found. 10-9 pts	Good Thorough and prioritized assessment skills with minimal errors. Head to toe assessment. Student acknowledges which assessments are essential due to specific disease processes. 2-3 errors found 7-8 pts	Fair Thorough and many assessment skills prioritized.
