Analysis	Needs Improvement Student does not show any evidence of that he or she analyzed the statements or critically thought about what he or she would say before the interview.	Meets Expectations Student shows some evidence that he or she analyzed the statements and critically thought about what he or she would say before the interview.	Exceeds Expectations Student shows that he or she thoroughly analyzed and critically thought about what he or she would say during the interview.
Proper use of literary devices	Needs Improvement Student does not understand and is not able to correctly use all literary devices.	Meets Expectations Student understands but is only able to correctly use at least 5 literary devices.	Exceeds Expectations Student understands and is able to correctly use all literary devices.
