Comparing and Contrasting Types of Triangles

Consider an equilateral triangle, a scalene triangle, and an isosceles triangle. How are these types of triangles alike and how are they different? In your response provide three ways that these triangles are similar. Then explain what distinguishes each type of triangle from the other types.
