Showing Improvement Makes a conscious effort to follow rules/procedures.	Needs Improvement Usually needs reminders to follow rules/ procedures.	Unsatisfactory Does not follow rules/procedures.
Supports Class Learning	Excellent Always supports class learning with positive behavior and self-control;	Satisfactory Generally supports class learning with positive behaviors and self-control; offers help to others.	Showing Improvement Showing consistent improvement in supporting class learning and self-control; offers help to others in a positive way.	Needs Improvement Sometimes supports class learning; uses some self-control when reminded; does not make efforts to help classmates.	Unsatisfactory Does not support class learning; uses very little self-control and is a constant distraction for others.
Work and Assignments	Excellent Art work is complete, accurate and completed with outstanding effort.	Satisfactory student has made efforts to complete the task. Active Involvement	Excellent Student is quiet during the art project. Participates willingly during class, with a positive attitude. Listens to directions from the instructor and follows them. Student cleans his/her area during clean up. Remains in assaigned seat during class, only getting up to get supplies. Student stays in his/her seat until dismmissed at the end of the hour.	Satisfactory Generally participates during class; usually follows directions from the instructor.	Showing Improvement Makes conscious efforts to improve participation and to follow directions from the instructor.	Needs Improvement Participates very little during class; rarely follows directions from the instructor.	Unsatisfactory Does not participate appropriately during class; does not listen to the instructor; does not stay on task.
