Daily Routine Project & Presentation 
Students create a poster on either cardstock or a half-sheet of poster board. It must contain 8 frames/scenes featuring parts of your daily routine. The drawings only need to accurate enough that the action is clear. Above or below each frame, there needs to be a description of the activity. You must use at least 12 complete, detailed sentences, including at least 6 sentences that use reflexive verbs. Students present their project to the class. They also receive a listening grade/

Poster contains 8 frames/scenes that contain drawings that relate to the corresponding descriptions. Most frames are neat and clear. Clipart is used and/or there are frames that do not contain a person doing the activity.
Outstanding

All 8 frames/scenes are hand-drawn, neat, and clear. They all clearly relate to the corresponding descriptions. Each frame contains a person doing the activity. There are several details included in the pictures, in addition to the necessary items.
Written Skills

Unsatisfactory

Project lacks written descriptions, descriptions are too difficult to read, contain English, contain more than 7 grammatical errors.
There are less than 6 sentences using reflexive verbs.

Student does not speak loudly or clearly, reads everything from a notecard or a poster, makes more than 10 pronunciation mistakes.
Satisfactory

Student is loud and clear during most of the presentation, hesitates only briefly, does not have gum, and uses notes frequently but still makes eye contact during some of the presentation, makes 5-9 pronunciation mistakes.
Outstanding

During most of the presentation, student is loud and clear, uses notes only rarely (if at all), does not have gum, makes eye contact, hesitates only rarely, and makes fewer than 5 pronunciation mistakes.
Listening Skills

Unsatisfactory

Student disrupts more than one presentation--either by talking or being distracting in a different way. Student requires multiple reminders to pay attention to the presenters.
Satisfactory

Student listens attentively to most presenters--with their head up, eyes on the presenter. Student does NOT talk during any presentations. Student is not disruptive in any way. Student requires at least one reminder to pay attention or be quiet.
Outstanding

Student listens attentively to all presenters--with their head up, eyes on the presenter. Student does NOT talk during any presentations. Student is not disruptive in any way. Student does all this without any reminders.
