Students will choose a whole number that has a special significance to them and create a poster, book, or multi-media presentation about it.

Mathematical concepts 50%	Poor The student has no explanation of why they chose their number or the explanation is lacking detail. The explanation in not clear.	Fair The student has an explanation on why they chose their number and has some detail. The explanation is,for the most part clear. Has at least 5-6 items asked for.	Good The student has given a clear explanation of why they have chosen their number. There is a lot of details. Has all items asked for.
Visual/Oral Presentation 35%	Poor The student completed a visual Product, but did not share the project with the class. No visual product.	Fair The Visual Product is eye catching and easy to understand. But the student's oral presentation was hard to understand at times.	Good The Visual Product is eye catching and easy to understand. The student's oral presentation was easy to follow.
Conventions 10%	Poor The students had 3 or more convention errors.	Fair The student had 2 or less convention errors.	Good The student did not have any convention errors.
Time Management 5%	Poor Did not meet any of the due dates.	Fair Most due dates were met.	Good All Due dates were met.
