Disease/Disorder in a Bag

Book Report in a Bag - Due Jan. 28, 2011

Grab a brown bag or a gift bag. Choose one that is appropriate for your project. The outside of your bag should be decorated to represent your disease or disorder visually. Inside the bag, you should have at least 6 props that represent your assigned disease or disorder and will be your discussion points. Only one can be a picture. Remember, I do not grade whether or not you are a "good" artist. I look at your EFFORT.

Bag Appearance 4 pts Must be decorated using effort. It should give a visual representation of your disease/disorder. It may be drawn or a printed picture/art or written word. At least the front side should be covered. Items may be attached to the bag.	Poor The bag was not decorated on any of the sides	Fair The bag had limited information and was poorly decorated.	Good The bag was only decorated but did not include any information about the subject.	Effective The bag was decorated and all required information was visible.
Items in the Bag 4 pts 3-6 items and symbols representing assigned subject. At least one item should be from each content area.	Poor No items were in the bag.
