Boat Design	Poor Student did not follow original design at all.	Fair Student kept mostly to design a couple changes were made.	Good Students project was built to size of design that was drawn.
Hand Tool Skills	Poor Student did not put any effort into the project and tool use was very minimal.	Fair Student attempted to complete project using a variety of hand tools.	Good Student did an excellent job using the variety of hand tools to complete the project.
Sanding	Poor Student was lazy and didn't put any effort in sanding project.	Fair Half the amount of sanding was done.	Good Project was sanded as smooth as a babies bottom.
Painting	Poor Student did not paint the project.	Fair Student rushed their painting and had some runs throught it.	Good Student took their time and did a quality paint job.
Cradle	Poor Student did not make a cradle.	Fair Student put some effort into making a cradle to fit the project.	Good Cradle was built perfectly and a fair amount of effort went into the design.
