	Good 10 pts	Fair 8 pts	Poor 5 pts
First Impression	Good Student has an excellent appearance. Student gives a firm hand shake and makes good eye contact.	Fair Student has a mediocre appearance. Student may or may not give a firm hand shake or make good eye contact.	Poor Student has an unacceptable appearance. Student does not give a firm hand shake and does not make good eye contact.
Knowledge	Good Student has good knowledge of both the company and the job they are applying for.	Fair Student has some knowledge of the company and/or the job they are applying for.	Poor Student has no knowledge of the company or the job they are applying for.
Personality/Posture	Good Student presents themselve in a respectable manner, using good body language and being well-spoken.	Fair Student may use bad body language or some slang words.	Poor Student has bad body language and uses too many slang words.
