Poster and Presentation: Career Path

The students will work to put together a poster/presentation for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the career path they have chosen. Students will provide information on their given topic in a creative and colorful poster/presentation.

Content Knowledge	Needs improvement The poster is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in information presented. Confusing.	Fair Does not have all of the relevant information of the poster. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion and may be hard to understand.	Good Work Poster includes all relevant information; however, it is not well-organized or easily understood.	Excellent Work The poster includes all information relevant to the topic. The poster is creative, clear and concise. The student had all the information that was required for assignment.
Work Quality/Effort	Needs improvement Work was done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.	Fair Work was done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.	Good Work The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation.	Excellent Work The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.
Creativity	Needs improvement Lacks original creativity. Not good use of space on poster. Messy. Lacks color.	Fair Not very appealing. Limited use of creative materials. Not alot of color/shapes/design.	Good Work Lots of colors, shapes, and appealing design. Shows the student spent time creating an artistic piece. Contains students own ideas.	Excellent Work Eye catching. Great use of colors, shapes, and spacing on poster. Creativity is shown in every area on the poster. Writing is easy to read.
Voice	Needs improvement Students did not speak in a tone that could be heard by all students - too soft. Information too hard to understand.	Fair Voice is acceptable - many gaps in flow of information or times voice could not be understood by all.
