Enhances the viewing experience by using on-the-fly adjustments. Allowing the Holy Spirit to inspire creativity to capture moments and environment.

Excellent

All shots were very creative, well beyond standard shots. Moments and subjects displayed wonderfully generating interest for the viewers.
Good

Shots show good creativity and effort above and beyond the norm with little room for improvement.
Fair

Shots could have been planned better and improved. Basic, standard shots of moments and subjects.
Poor

Shots display a lack of creativity and effort. Removes immersion for the viewer by displaying a stale lifeless shot.
Composition

Effective tracking and framing that does not distract the viewer. Using the rule of thirds to establish compositions such as: head to toe, belly and up, full stage, etc.

Excellent

Exceptional use of equipment to track and seamlessly change framing of shots. Amplifies the viewer's focus on the subject and environment consistently. Maintains sufficient head room at all times.
Good

Good use of equipment to track and change framing of shots. Enhances the viewing experience by using the rule of thirds correctly. Maintains sufficient head room at most times.
Fair

Average use of equipment to track and change framing of shots. Sometimes distracted viewers by having incorrect framing and head room. Usable but inconsistent use of the rule of thirds.

Good methods to display stable movement. Created a motion that did not take away from the viewing experience. Fluidity was consistently stable with little to no adjustments needed.

Average methods to capture environment and subjects. Displayed motions that sometimes distracted the viewer. Spurts of shaky and abrupt movements. Fluidity was inconsistent but remained stable in slower settings.

Below average movement that was consistently distracting to the viewer. Little to no fluidity of movement. Did not display the environment or subjects accurately.

Ensuring a smooth viewing experience by knowing when to make adjustments and when not to. Adhering to correction when informed. Maintaining an active role in displaying the service.

consistently communicates all adjustments before making them. Vastly enhances the morale and goals of the team.

Maintains a great attitude throughout the service. Responds well to instruction. Willing to make adjustments when necessary. Upholds communication at a high level.
Fair

Good attitude throughout the service. Responds to instruction and makes adjustments accordingly. Maintains communication at all times.
Poor

Underwhelming communication that disrupts the overall viewing experience. Attitude that disrupts the flow and morale of the team. Does not respond to instruction.
