Notetaking 
Students will use their time in the library to create notes from at least two sources. The notes will need to include citation information, page numbers, and be paraphrased.

Student take notes where information is either summarized or paraphrased from the originial or is placed in quotations to indicate a quote. Information can also be in the form of ideas and details not necessarily full sentences.

Notes taken as ideas and details. Quotes may not be clearly marked.
Good

Student copies information directly from the source without indicating a quote.
Poor

Notes are incomplete and will not be of use to provide information away from the source.
