Lettering
Level 1
Little or no effort was put into the lettering. Artist failed to utilize any of the lettering styles we learned about. The overall lettering design is not interesting or engaging.
Level 2
placement or positional line of lettering was not planned and did not show 2 point perspective. Lettering seems scattered and spaced too far apart.
Level 3
Artist put a fair amount of effort into the lettering. Artist utilized at least one of the lettering styles we learned about. The overall lettering design is interesting, but could have included more detail.
Level 4
Artist put a great deal of effort into their lettering, experimenting with many different types of lettering (fonts). The overall lettering design is interesting and visually represents a 2 point perspective.

Name design did not fill up space; letters small, leaving a significant amount of unused space. 2 point perspective was not represented in the students' name graffiti.
Level 2
Name design filled some of the space. Some space between edges and name could have been more detailed. 2 point perspective was somewhat represented in the students' name graffiti.
Level 3
Name design fit most of the space. Student demonstrated the importance of a finished project. 2 point perspective was represented in the students' name graffiti.
Level 4
Name design maximizes space. Student demonstrated the importance of a complete and finished project. 2 point perspective was clearly represented in the students' name graffiti.
Completion of Project
Level 1
Student did not complete the project.
Level 2
Student completed project but did not use the required materials well.
Level 3
Student completed the project, but the project does not relate to the lesson objectives.
Level 4
Student completed the project and the project shows an understanding of the lesson objectives.
