Good Clearly communicates the topic and intent of the paper.	Outstanding Communicates the topic and intent of the paper in a succinct, interesting and effective manner
Title	Poor The title is unclear or does not express the purpose of the paper.	Fair The title only partially expresses the purpose of the paper.The title may be unclear or wordy. Outstanding The title is clear, succinct, accurate and expresses the purpose of the paper in an interesting and engaging manner.
Description of Evaluative Criterial	Poor The evaluative criteria are poorly enumerated and/or unclear.	Fair The evaluative criteria are only partially enumerated. The basis for judging the item may also b e unclear.	Good The evaluative criteria are enumerated clearly, but with some omissions.	Outstanding The evaluative criteria are thoroughly spelled out so that it is very clear on what basis the item is judged.
Conclusion	Poor The last paragraph of the paper does not fittingly conclude the paper.	Fair The paper ends in a way that is only somewhat conclusive regarding the assessment of the item.	Good The paper ends with a paragraph that highlights important aspects concerning the assessment or evaluation of the item.
