Satisfactory (S) Student can echo basic sol/mi patterns and MOSTLY match pitch.	Excellent (E) Student can echo basic sol/mi patterns and ALWAYS match pitch.
sol and mi (vocal reading) MLR A1, A2a (quarter notes and rests, eighth notes in sets of 2, sol, mi), A3 NS	Needs Improvement (N) Student can SOMETIMES sing and read sol/mi patterns accurately and SOMETIMES match pitch, OR is not able to demonstrate the concept of sol/mi and matching pitch.	Satisfactory (S) Student can MOSTLY sing and read sol/mi patterns accurately and MOSTLY match pitch.	Excellent (E) Student can ALWAYS sing and read sol/mi patterns accurately and ALWAYS match pitch.
